Out of all of our cheeses, Quesillo Oaxaca will be the mildest fresh cheese, tasting of milk with a mild salt level. This is the perfect snack for children to unwind and peel the cheese apart. Quesillo Oaxaca is an excellent melter and great in traditional Mexican dishes, but also crosses over culinary boundaries and does well melted into baked ziti, lasagna, pupusas, and disco fries.
