Beginning in 2025, we have made it a priority to strengthen our work around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)—creating intentional space for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC communities, voices, and identities to be seen, celebrated, and valued.

We proudly partner with local dairy farmers from Los Altos de Jalisco who practice responsible and sustainable cattle raising. Their commitment to animal welfare, quality, and hygiene ensures that our milk comes from healthy, well-cared-for cows.
