Our version is high moisture,  crumbly, soft unripened cheese made with pasteurized cow's milk.
 

Great for crumbling over casseroles and baked into breads like sourdough and focaccia. It is normal to see free whey in the package due to its high moisture content.

HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
  • Keep product refrigerated during transportation and storage.
